We just received an email saying that our interview date is December 8th at 9.30. They gave us these instructions: "Prior to your interview, you must register in our service provider s online system, select a DHL location for document delivery, and pay the $265 fianc visa fee. You can find our service provider s website here: https://ais.usvisa-info.com/en-rs/iv. I did all this, but when it says we need to pay the fee, it doesn't take us anywhere where we can pay online. Below, it just says: There are no available appointments at this time. Please check back in a few days as the Consular Section will open more appointments. Now what? Should we email the embassy and ask for help? Has anyone encountered this problem before? Thanks!

Hi everyone For my employment history (i129f form) do I need to include short term paid internship abroad, while I was still considered employed in my country of residence? Also, there is no enough space for my employment history and I have to put it under "Additional Information". I know the Page number (5) and Part number (2)(I am beneficiary), but what would the item # be? Also if there are 5 empty boxes for different parts, can I use all them for this 1 part? Thank you in advance

Will I need an extra police check if I spent a lot of time in a second country, but with no special visa or residence? |

I'm assuming I wouldn't have to, but my K1 visa interview should be happening in the next couple of months and I would like to make sure. My fiance has been living with me for the last year and a half. Since we're not married, we couldn't file for his residence in my country (Serbia), so we've been country-hopping the entire time. We get 90 days within a 180 day period in most countries. We really liked Albania and we've been spending roughly 90 days in, 90 days out, while traveling inbetween. This is our third 3-month long stay here since last September. Neither of us acquired any sort of long stay visa or residency during this time, and we spend less than 6 months here in a calendar year, so I would assume I don't need an extra police check from Albania, which would be impossible to get in my opinion since they don't do address registration here. Does anybody have experience with this? Thanks!!

How to fill out employment field on I-134 if unemployed? |

Obviously we have a joint sponsor who is employed and can sponsor us no problem, but we have been living off of savings for the last year. The affidavit only has two options, employed and self-employed, but what about young couples being sponsored by a third party? The main sponsor still has to fill out an I-134, but how to do that if unemployed? Any suggestions welcome! Thanks!
