US Immigration from Serbia

I'm thinking of buying a one way ticket to go and visit my fiancee in Serbia for an extended period of time. I'm currently unemployed (thanks Covid...) and am fully aware that I cannot claim benefits while I'm out of the country.

I tried looking into putting my unemployment claims on hold (I still have several remaining weeks left), but wanted to know if anyone knew whether I could pick up on my weekly benefits after I come back or if those weeks that I don't claim count towards my overall number of weeks?

This whole situation is so stressful for everyone and all we want is to be together for a little bit (until our visa interview comes through). Right now we're both just sitting at our individual homes doing nothing, so why not do it together!

I have meet the minimum requirements to be a sponsor, i have tax transcript for my most recent tax year $26000, and for the 2nd recent year $24000. I considering that is fine?

But i am now self employed since December 2019, and i have my online business registered as s corporation, i filed my tax return on zero since i was working 2 weeks in 2019 and had zero income. Since i need to get a proof of current income i don't know what to send to NVC? Should i send statements for the six months that shows my on going income and business licence? And should i send a tax return for business even they are on zero or not?

I read that NVC has a lot of RFE for self employment types.

I would appreciate if anyone helps with some opinions.

I have sent money via PayPal to my foreign fiance overseas to help out here and there over the last year. Are those transactions something I should print off and bring with me to the interview? Or will that hurt our case? I've seen people mention having receipts for it, but didn't know what was the best decision.

Hi, I just received RFE for form I-485 adjustment of status, they are searching for new form I 944 because I did not know that I supposed to submit it which is fine, also they are saying in this letter that I have to submit all additional evidence for this form. Second request is: submit new edition of form I 485 ( ) my question is should I submit all over again like affidavit of support and all documents like taxes pictures, birth certificate? Or just form? Because they specifically saying - all additional documents for I-944 but they don t say anything else for I 485 except fill out form.
