Am applying I-130 for my husband and I was giving fees that I have to pay and I want to make sure that am not being scam the first fee is the 535 money order then 750 for ucis then 750 for nuc even though I don t know what that is then 300 dollars for my husband to pay at the embassy. I'm going to have CR1 visa interview at the US embassy in Dakar and the nvc mentioned all the originals of the uploaded and submitted documents to CEAC must be brought during the interview but my concern is my wife and I are living apart and she's the one who has the original marriage certificate.

i submitted a i130 for my spouse two weeks ago. I just saw the fee is pending with my bank. my app was mailed to the lockbox in TX and i paid with a card; not a check. i was just wondering how much longer it will take before i get a receipt number? what does it mean that the fee was charged? does it mean that my app was accepted? could it still get rejected?
