Has anyone been successful and had more favorable outcomes by doing this?

Hi everyone! I got my NOA2 approval date March 26th. I haven t heard any correspondence from NVC for my welcome letter. I contacted them and they emailed back to say that the petition was going through necessary administrative processing. It s now 40 days, how long should I give before I contact again for a welcome letter? Is it normal to take this long? Thanks!

Until now I didn't receive any email although USCIS has already approved my case for brother and sister WAC receipt andNVC nomber NRB nomber but has been approved since 07 Hamimu Mussa and sister sada murekatete.this was filled attorney Christopher Anderson Portland OR..need your assistance... thanks Mussa
