US Immigration from Qatar

My husband is 25 years old and his mom is divorced and claimed him as a dependent in her federal income tax, they both are US citizen ...My Brother is a US citizen too and he is our joint sponsor for our IR1 visa ...so form my husband side who is my sponsor what documents I have to submit ? Should I submit his mom income tax documents ...and will that gonna have a bad impact ??

Can any 1 list me all the documents can be submitted by a self employee Sponsor With the affidavit of support form I-864 , incase W-2s and 1099 cannot be obtained .

i know few ..want to know other than this list ...thanx

1- IRS transcripts
2- What ever filed with IRS
3- 1040 form
4- Bills & receipts for the business
5- business license
6- Business insurance coverage
7- Quarterly estimated taxes paid into IRS which proves to IRS that the business and income are recorded .

I just got an email from NVC informing that they will work with US embassy to schedule an interview for my IR1 visa ,.,but the head letter was like this ( Notice regarding your Immigrant Visa Case becoming Documentarily Qualified) does every 1 get some heading... or there is other heading like Immigrant visa case documentary Qualified )

Hey VJers, six and a half months after filing I received an RFE, actually glad to even hear back. After reviewing what documents we provided, which were criminal conviction papers and court dispositions mostly, it seems this RFE may be for police reports that I did not include in my packet as a result of it being an afterthought when assembling the packet initially.

Take a look at the RFE and let me know what you think.

I'm getting frustrated. How long do we have to wait for approval after USCIS received the response to RFE. Been 3 three weeks and the case status haven't changed. Mind you, the RFE was only passport pic of the petitioner.
