Hello everyone. Is it a alright to schedule a medical at SLEC 2 days before the interview date? Applicant is from the province and will need to be home quarantined for 14 days after travelling to Manila. Will SLEC release the medical result (sealed envelop) same day of medical completion or it will be sent directly to the USEM? Thank you.

Hello. My 3-year old daughter will be having her medical at SLEC this coming Sept 10. She will be accompanied by my mother-in-law with a private car. They are from Isabela (region 2). Anyone here has recently traveled to Manila from province via land? Can you share your experience? Did you encounter any checkpoints along the way while passing from town to town? Do they need to be quarantined after coming from Manila? What was your experience with staying in a hotel? Are they requiring CoVID test? Thank you so much.

Hello there. Any CR1/IR1 Filipino filers who had their interview in the Middle East here in VJ? I just want to ask if during the consular interview did the consular officer ask for your CENOMAR? I've read in USEM Manila pre-interview checklist they require CENOMAR for those married whose petitioner was born and lived at least 1 year in the Philippines.

I was arrested back in highschool at age 17 in 2010 after the parents of a girl who was 14 filed a criminal complaint against me. The girl and I had sex earlier that week, it was consensual. The charge was sexual assualt of a child, I reside in the state of wisconsin where at age 17 you are technically considered an adult. It's confusing.

The complaint was that it was not consensual and many of the details were falsified. The false evidence became apparent after the investigation and later they dropped the charges to nothing. What remained of course was a court disposition and police reports.

I am now petitioning for a k1 visa for my fiancee and I've provided uscis with all the documents.

My question is, how likely is it that I could fall under the awa category? And what advice can you give me if this is awa?
