Hello all! Last year I moved to the US on a K1 visa. I only got my EAD in December 2021. So for the year 2021, I did not have any earned income. I got a job this month (February 2022). On my benefits, I selected a High deductible plan which allows me to contribute to an HSA. On my HSA page it shows that I can contribute to last year's HSA until April 15th. Can I contribute to last's year HSA? Or because I was not enrolled in a HSA plan last year or had income, I'm not eligible to do it? Thanks

The beneficiary has his K-1 visa in hand and will be entering the US on Friday. He needs to fill out a passenger locator form for transiting in the UK, and it asks for home address. Should he put the US address he will be residing at, or his address in his home country that he is moving from? In other words, at what point does he begin to use the US address he will reside at as his "home address"?

Hello everyone, I m an American and Portuguese citizen. I lived in the US 8 years but came back to Portugal in 2019 with my also dual citizen daughter. We are considering going back to the US however I have a Portuguese fianc since then and would like to understand how could I also take her with us. Would it be easier (in terms of documents/proof/money wise) to: 1 - marry in Portugal and apply from there (if so which visa should I apply for and what s the process?) 2 - Applying in Portugal for a fianc visa and go to the US and go from there? My biggest concern here is that I don t have a house nor income in the US, but I do work in Portugal. Not sure if it s enough to sponsor her or how should I go about it if I don t make enough. thank you in advance!
