If my fianc e, currently on an F-1 visa, and I (a U.S. citizen) decide to get married outside the United States without immediate plans for her to apply for a green card, what steps should we take? Can we later change our minds and pursue the green card process, and if so, what would be the process for that change?

Quick question, if anyone knows. My oldest kiddo took her oath yesterday, and tomorrow is actually a really good time for her to update her status at our local SSA office and DMV. The packet she received at the ceremony recommends waiting 7-10 days to do so, but I don't recall waiting when I naturalized. Anyone has any thoughts to share on this? We're in Georgia, if that makes a difference. She'll do the passport after but there's no rush on that. Thanks!!

My kid has the citizenship test coming up in a few days. It's been a few years since I took mine and I honestly do not remember what the Questions part of it looks like. Can anyone remind me? Is it Multiple Choice or do you have to provide an answer? Touch screen or verbal answer?

After checking the directions on the website we sent package I485 and I765 to different Lockboxes - I've received a notice that I-485 was received and Biometrics has been scheduled - but nothing from (USCIS Attn: NFB (Box 4115) 2500 Westfield Drive Elgin, IL 60124-7836)

I called the 800 number and they told me through the automated system that if it hasn't been 3 months the package wasn't lost - but noticing there are two different Lockboxes for I-765 has gotten me worried and my priority is getting the EAD at this time. Any advice?
