US Immigration from Portugal

today i had an update for my i 751 that i filed one year ago that my case is under review and i want to know whats next what to expect when will i have a decision

Hey everyone,

I just got the interview date for my AOS and was looking through the documents that I need to bring.

On the I-864 page from USCIS it says that they will not accept the current edition on forms submitted after Feb .24. My interview is on the 26th but I can't find the updated form anywhere.

Anyone got any clues about this? Can I just fill the old one?

My fiancee (she lives in Portugal) has the visa interview in Paris on the 22nd this month. I organized the documents (Support of Affidavit form, etc) and mailed them to Portugal last month via Fedex. It was supposed to arrive there after Christmas, but it's been stuck in Customs for two weeks. I called Fedex multiple times and all they said was that it's stuck in customs and there's nothing they can do.

Now we're thinking about the worst scenarios possible. What if the documents don't arrive by the interview date? What can we do about it?

Would they accept any other version of the documents? Or do everything have to be original?

We are a little freaked out now and we're curious what would you guys do in our position.
