Hey! I have a quick question. I tried to send an email/phone the US French embassy but they don't know and are not replying to my email. My question is regarding the Police Certificate. In the website (https://fr.usembassy.gov/visas/immigrant-visas/immigrant-visa-required-documents/) it says: "Police Certificate: A police certificate is required for each applicant aged 16 years and over, including France or Portugal and/or any country where an applicant has lived for more than six months after the age of 16." Last year I lived in the US for a year. I was on a J1-Visa. Does this mean that I need to get a police certificate from the US? If so where can I get it? Thank you.

Hi everyone, My fiance arrived here on the ETA program, he has been here roughly 3 years. We want to AOS and plan to get married very soon. I am concerned with this new public charge form. My fiance did not graduate high school, he is 21 years old, and does not have the means to "support himself". My income is decent at 55K a year but I am still concerned there is a real chance he is going to get denied. Any thoughts? We are planning to use boundless to assist with the filing process. His vaccine record has been lost - so we still need to get all of his vaccines (again) - Debating about doing these at a pharmacy or what the best option would be.

Hi, My fiancee came here last month on the 20th before the pandemic. We were thankfully able to get our marriage license. However, we're worried about being able to do the I-693. From what we could read, she is required to see a doctor to get an examination in order to complete the I-693. But with the CO-VID pandemic going on, no doctors would be willing to see her because she is not essential. She received all her vaccinations in Portugal. Her medical file expires this October BUT the embassy in Paris (when she did the interview) told her she needs to complete the I-693 by April 20th (not sure why), so would we need to be concerned? Thanks in advance!
