US Immigration from Poland

hello all,

i was just seeking some advice or experience from others who have been in this situation. my fianc and i are gay and they currently live in a country that is homophobic. i have a trip in march scheduled to visit for two weeks. i can just say i m visiting a friend when going through customs and staying at their place. however, we are planning for me to stay there for 3 months end of this year, trying to wait out some of this long waiting approval process since their country is apart of the esta program, but i m nervous about them denying such a long visit since it s not usual to visit a friend for so long.

im hoping that there is someone out there who can share some experience or advice about traveling to visit your fianc while they live in a homophobic country.

I did some searching in the forums but didn't see any current info on this. We just got our NOA2 so we'll be having an interview in Warsaw, Poland this year. I saw some posts mentioning that you can schedule an interview with just a WAC number. I looked at the Poland embassy page here but didn't see anything like that mentioned. I see there's a few people listing recent NOA2 dates for Poland.

Is there a reputable information source for interview scheduling experiences at Warsaw, maybe an FB group someone knows about, or a long running thread on here?

Just wondering if anyone else has encountered this. My local PNC branch (the person I spoke to said PNC is the 5th largest bank in the US) said they cannot provide on bank letterhead paper the info from bullet point B below for legal reasons.

1. Statement from an officer of the bank or other financial institutions with deposits, identifying the following details
regarding the account:
A. Date account opened;
B. Total amount deposited for the past year; and
C. Present balance.

Has anyone else every encountered anything like this? Given this is a long-standing government form, my mind is boggled with this situation.

It's been two weeks since I requested the info. If you encountered something like this, how did you work around it?

hello everyone, i am the petitioner. my fianc , the beneficiary, has been noticing some heart issues recently. we are nervous that it could be very serious. i will be flying in march to visit for a couple weeks. we don t want to jeopardize our visa application, but even more i don t want to jeopardize their health. is this something we can try and expedite?

I am removing conditions from the GC (aren t we all), a bit bored and curious decided to sent the e-request about the biometrics appointment (I filled in 08/22, got receipt notice with the extension letter and then it was silence. nothing about biometrics). So I just got an email as a respond to my e-request and it says:

We have received your service request and researched the status of your case. Our records indicate that we sent you a denial notice to the address on file at the time. You recently called to inform us that you have not received the notice. The notice has not been returned to us by the post office as undeliverable. As a courtesy, we will mail a duplicate notice.

Called the USCIS, talked with the robot and the status is we recived your case , checked my online account - same.

Should I be freaking out about gloomy word denial or it just simply reffers to biometrics appointment or better, is a mistake.

Any input?
