Indicating "N/A" on the electronic I-864 forms that don't allow "/" |

I'm filling out the I-864EZ and instructions state "If a question does not apply to you (for example, if you have never been married and the question asks Provide the name of your current spouse ), type or print N/A, unless otherwise directed." There's a bunch of N/As are entered in the I-130 previously, like middle names, in care of, interpreter & preparer info, and so on. But the electronic form I-864EZ does not allow to enter the "/" symbol. So I can either leave these blank, type in something like "N-A" or manually write in the "N/As" when I print the thing out to sign. Any advice, esp. from folks who recently successfully got through NVC processing? What did you do? If I had to guess, NVC is more likely to cause issues over scans than a question like this, but I don't want to technically fail to comply with instructions... Thank you!

CEAC: Updating AOS docs while case awaits NVC review? |

Hi! I'm petitioning for a relative and am almost ready to submit DS260, AOS, and civil docs, but my 2019 tax returns/transcripts will take a few more weeks. Is it possible to submit everything and amend documentation / upload an updated document in CEAC as the case awaits NVC review? Per their website, there's currently a 2-month lag between submission and review. I know it's possible to upload new docs if they send the case back to you, but is there an option to do so while it awaits review? I'd be OK with it going back to the end of the review queue, just hoping to get the application in earlier rather than later. Also, will I be able to submit civic docs in CEAC? I've paid both fees and have active options to fill out DS260 app and AOS, but the link under civil documents says "N/A". I'm assuming that link will become active once I submit the DS260 application, am I right to think so? Or does this mean I'll have to send in civil docs via another route? Thank you!

1) How long does AOS take? (even a range? I can't seem to find data like I can for the I-129F processing times...) 2) Also, am I reading the data correct regarding Advance Parole (I-131) and EAD (I-765) that it is currently taking over 4 months on average to get those approved? 3) So my question is to then confirm that the beneficiary cannot work or travel back to her home for 4 months after we file AOS and those forms (on average of course)? [That is awful if true...they want our fiance's here in the USA but sitting on the couch rather than working here or at their country or at least seeing their family? So weird...]

I-134: How to complete if retired? |

Hello, My first post. I'm a USA citizen and she (the beneficiary) is from Poland. We sent off our I-129F yesterday... Now starting to plan ahead and it seems the I-134 is the next thing to work on. I am retired and live off of interest income on my savings. Its above the 125% level. So my questions are: 1) I will file my tax return showing 2019 income, is that sufficient documentation? 2) Or do I need to also file my assets? (and the associated bank letters etc) I don't want to over-complicate the filing and basically wondering if a Form 1040 tax return showing above 125% is enough, or if since I don't have a W-2 (and am retired), if I must or should also file the assets... Thanks in advance.
