US Immigration from Poland

Hey guys, I have two questions today.

I moved to the States in Feb 2019 and got married here. I filed AOS in May 2019 and got my green card in Feb this year. I have worked since August 2019 using my EAD. My husband has worked in several different places last year, I have worked in two, he's 1099 and I am W2, we got married and my residential status has been adjusted - that's why we have decided do pay an accountant to do our taxes this year. My question is: is payment for a green card considered by IRS while filing taxes? Should I include a copy of our payment for AOS?

Also, this is going to be my first year of filing taxes in the States. Can I still get a stimulus check when I file now? We (me and my husband) are going to do "married jointly".

Im very concerned, so my fianc (US citizen-petitioner) got a DUI couple of years ago. When we read petition through we thought that we need to disclose it once there is 3 times or more driving under influence. We sent our petition in December and we are waiting for our NOA2. I saw some posts on Facebook groups about that and some people got a RFE for that and a some got denied during embassy stage. This is really stressing me out, we didn t mean to hide it especially that our lawyer told him that one DUI is nothing and he never asked about court documents or some police paperwork. I m very concerned. Please I need advice. It was a couple of years ago, he went through probation and learned his lesson

I saw at current processing time that even Vermont is at Nov 30 meanwhile CSC yesterday was at Nov 20 and today is Nov 19.
how does it work?

My spouse has had a conditional green card for some time now and after visiting her home country of Poland a few times, her family wants to visit us here in the US and see her world.

Her family has some strong ties to Poland. They all have paid-off homes there, careers there, and some are studying there... but I continuously here it's basically impossible after someone used a B2 and ended up as an immigrant.

Is there any chance at all? Besides the heartbreak at the airport, we don't have the money to throw at so many journies to the USA that immediately get turned around...

Just received letter in mail from USCIS requesting 'a complete Federal income tax return submitted to IRS for most recent tax year.' In our AOS package I-485 we submitted last 3 years transcripts for '16'17'18/ I am assuming they need actual copy of the return that was send to IRS for 2018 not a transcript? we haven't filled for '19 as of yet. Correct me if I'm wrong please.
