US Immigration from Philippines

We have had 2 221g problems. The first one to awhile but it was taken care of, BUT by that time our exams had expired, so they sent back our passports with a new 221g requiring a new exam for each of us. Everything was completed on Sept 20 and we mailed back passports via LBC which were received 24 Sept. When do you think we can expect back our passports with visas. I hate checking CEAC everyday and looking at the refused!

Can we do seminars in Pampanga rather than Manila? How quick is it to get appointments?

Child derivatives suddenly removed after notified that our case is documentarily qualified all payments for IV has been paid and all documents of the removed applicants has been accepted but suddenly has been removed without being notified why.

My aunt will be accompanying my children for their medical exam at SLEC, their interview at USEM, and their seminar at CFO.

I've provided my aunt with a notarized and apostille SPA with Affidavit of Support and Consent. I'm not sure if this document will suffice or do I have to travel to LA and get it done at a consulate or if there is an honorary consulate here in Las Vegas.

My fiance in Philippines had his interview Oct 1 in Manila Embassy. Everything went smooth with the exception of, his PCC Qatar is expired. He exited Qatar in 2018 and we got the PCC in 12/2022. Consul saying it's expired, but if you look at the note on the travel state gov website it says, Police Clearance are valid 2 years if they are not living abroad. They took his 2022 expired PCC, and gave him 221g. I know they looked at the expiry date 2022 but what about the 2 years PC if not residing in abroad?
