US Immigration from Philippines

I need help understanding my friend s situation. Please help.

My friend s father wanted to come to the US. My friend is a US citizen, let s call her Camille, and she lives in New Jersey. Camille said she does not have the means to support her father to come to the States. Camille s Aunt, a US Citizen, lives in Oregon, offers to help pay for the processing fees and flight fare for Camille s father. Her Aunt and her father are related. Her Aunt also offers that her father may live in Oregon to find work.

I thought that sounds illegal? You file a petition for your father, somebody else pays for the fees, and does not live with you? I think she is in a risky situation.

My question is, is that possible? Is that legal? Has anybody done that? Please share your input about this situation and share your experience when you brought your parents to the US.

My wife and I are now divorced here in Hawaii, we have two children together (10 & 4, both U.S citizens). I have Full Legal & Physical custody for both of them and I am planning to travel to the Philippines with both of them. My question is, do I need to have their mother's consent for them to travel with me?

We got an RFE for our initial I-864 so we decided to get my spouse's mother to combine her income with my husband's (Petitioner). We're confused as to how to go about several things:

1. Is it correct that my spouse's mother fills up the I-864A?

2. If we go with the I-864A, on the form I-864 (Primary Sponsor) Part. I - Do we also tick the box that indicates that there's a joint sponsor? Or this is not the case since we have a household member?

Also, if you have other tips that can help! Thanks in advance.

Here is what I wrote on a Google review for a small-town North Carolina DMV. They did issue the ID until the end of the K1 stamped in her passport, but she's in the system for a simple renewal after we bring her green card in once it's issued:

Quite possibly one of the rudest, ignorant DMV employees that I've had the honor of experiencing in my many years on this planet. The employee in question, an older female, absolutely refused to issue a regular ID to my wife who is here on a K1 Visa. The woman said, "You have to extend the visa - it's almost expired! I won't help you!" After I explained multiple times that K1 visas aren't "extended" and that it is a matter of adjusting status (getting married is the only requirement) - she refused to help saying she has over 7 years experience.

Finally, after me being very stern with her and educating her on the law, she called her boss and guess what...I was right (I know, I paid for this visa) and she never apologized although I asked her if she learned anything new today. Her answer: "Well, I usually don't do this..." The ID was issued. Zero stars. What a horrible waste of tax money on this individual.

Hi, we got through the NVC process about a month ago and our application was sent to the US Embassy Manila. The NVC went quickly, all of our documents and application was approved on Sept 3. How can we make sure the application got to the embassy and isnt lost in the process? How can I check the wait times for an appointment letter?

I would like to thank you all for the help in the past, I have tried to respond to you individually, I cant figure it out.
