US Immigration from Philippines

Hi all!

I received NOA2 at the end of August but still no letter from NVC. I just read here on VJ that NVC is currently delayed, is that correct? I'm about to contact them to see what's going on. In the meantime, what can my fiance and I do, in terms of preparation for the interview?

My biggest concern about this whole journey is my lack of tax transcripts/W2 for the last 3 years. I was a student for 2 years and I only started my current job at the end of November 2018. However, I currently make way above 125% of the required income. So when my beneficiary goes for the interview at the Manila US Embassy, is it okay that I can only provide a letter from my employer and a statement from an officer of my bank or bank statements for the I-134 Affidavit of Support? Or will they look for tax transcripts that I don't have?

Is there anyone in here who had their greencard interview rescheduled? May I know how long did it take before you

got your new schedule? How long was the wait?

My husband (US Citizen) and I will move to our new apartment next week. We don't have any pending case/applications.
I know I will file AR-11 within 10 days after moving.
Does my husband need to file I-865 (Sponsor s Notice of Change of Address) or no? Thanks!

K1 visa here. i have been having trouble getting past the 'upload passport' section after creating an account at ustraveldocs. i have already completed the DS-160 and completed the payment. however, every time i log in it sends me to this page with the notification about the DS-160 and upload passport. even if i upload my passport, all it says it that my account will be updated but i have already done this twice in 72 hours and it still sends me back to this page. no other option but to log out. i have tried using a chrome, safari, and firefox. i have also tried changing my password. other noteworthy information: upon creating an account the system tells me that there is already a previous account with the same email and the only choice was to merge it. system also directs k1 visa to immigrant category before creating an account. has anyone encountered this issue? attached is a screenshot of the page im currently locked in, preventing me to schedule an appointment. any help is very much appreciated

Out of curiosity, I called the NVC today due to docs requested by USEM to be uploaded in CEAC still in Submitted status. It took more than 30 mins of music-on-hold before I got a hold of a person. The Rep was nice. He explained that because the file have already been sent to the embassy they no longer have reason to check my CEAC documents, that USEM will be the one to do that. He also said that even after USEM have viewed and received the uploaded document, the status will not change to Accepted. He went on to check on the status of my case with USEM and indicated that my file is still with the embassy. I asked again, definitely still with the embassy? He answered yes. He continued on, the file is undergoing administrative review. I had to ask, "I thought you mentioned something about administrative processing, what does it mean?". He replied, administrative review.

Now I had to ask, is there a difference between administrative review AR and administrative processing AP ? (On hindsight, I could had asked the Rep who assisted me).
