US Immigration from Philippines

I m not sure if my whole topic showed up in my question, but I will ask it here. This is for the initial k1 visa package. Is my Filipino fiancee s birth certificate required for the initial paperwork for the I129f package? I am confused about this because I have been looking at many checklist here and on the uscis website and I actually don t see it mentioning that her birth certificate is needed for the initial paperwork. She is in her province now trying to get it fixed which is taking longer than I thought but we both know it needs to be done. I know she will need it for the eventual consulate interview but I was under the impression she would need it right from the beginning. I know she still needs to write a letter of intent and I need to do the same but she is trying to get the birth certificate taken care of first. Will it benefit to include it with the initial petition or is it needed later and not at the beginning? What about the police clearance? Does she need that now or is that later? The different checklists are confusing.

So, I finally got my green card in the mail today. Looking at the dates, under resident since, the date they have in their is 11/09/18 with card expiration of 11/09/20. Little info regarding my case. I sent my aos package 11/06/2018. The USCIS got it on 11/09/2018. I had our interview on June 6, 2019, we didn t get approved on the spot, we got an RFE an RFE two months after interview, I sent RFE September 30, 2019, the USCIS got it October 1 and on October 10, 2019 I got an update saying that a new card is being produced. So I know that I should have gotten a 2 year conditional one, but that dates they have makes it look like that I ve been a resident since 11/09/2018 when that is the date they got all my AOS package.

So, did they made a mistake or I didn t understand how this stuff works?

Okay, next question. I've looked at a number of threads here on this topic and am unsure of the real answer.

When is my fiancee allowed to do the CFO seminar / interview? Can we do that the same week as the embassy interview even without having gotten the visa first? Hank, I know you mentioned on your wonderful website that you should actually try to do the CFO before the embassy interview to get it out of the way. So, is it true that any time is fine, it just has to be done before leaving the country?

When I was a J1 intern, I was living at the student housing. After five months of being there, the management moved interns/trainees who are willing (including myself) to the apartments just behind the housing because it was newly acquired by the company at that time... I just realised that I only put the address of the housing and not the apartment.

Will that cause problems? Should I ask my fianc to send something to the USCIS to clarify or I can correct that at the embassy phase? Will that get me in trouble? I don't want them to think I was omitting information, I just really didn't notice this mistake.

I would just like to ask to those people who got IOE receipt number and was approved already, does upload documents in your USCIS account is complete? or it just certain documents was only uploaded. Thanks
