I know that K2 visa has 1 year validity from the time the K1 visa is approved. Let's say the k2 (to follow) applies for a visa 4 months before it expires, how long is the expiration of the actual K2 visa? (This is the visa given after the interview at the consul) Thanks.

My income exceeds the 125 poverty guidelines by 8,000 dollars for last year but didn t exceed the guidelines for the two years prior to that. We recently filed for adjustment of status but wanted to make sure the income level was nothing to worry about.
