US Immigration from Philippines

Good day everyone, we are in the process of putting together our K1 packet to be submitted to the USCIS.

We already included my Fiance's child in the i-129f form.

Do we inlcude child's 2x2 photos and photocopy of child's passport? Is there anything else we need to put (K2's documents) in the K1 packet that we are submitting to the USCIS?

My husband and I entered the marriage in good faith, but when I came to the US he suddenly changed. Hi, everyone! I hope someone could help me here! Last year I was able to get my drivers permit to learn how to drive because of my student visa. Now that I am married with a US citizen and we're waiting for our green card application process, is it possible for me to renew my drivers permit (now that it's expired) while waiting for my EAD? I need to start my driving lessons soon that way when my EAD is here I can get my driver's license. Does anyone have an experience like this? Thank you very much for your help.

I m from the Philippines and I m traveling to the US next month. I read that an IPV (Inactive Polio Vaccine) is needed? And an International Vaccine Certificate from the Bureau of Quarantine should be issued to be presented to the Immigration Officer?

if so, where can we get this vaccine? Is the Bureau of Quarantine the only administering agency? Or can we get vaccinated elsewhere?

if we get the vaccine elsewhere, how can we get this International Vaccine Certificate from BOQ? Will they honor it?
