US Immigration from Philippines

Back story: I got my green card in the mail October 11, 2019. Noticed that it has the wrong resident since date. Looked online to see how I can correct it. October 12, 2019, mailed form I-90 along with my green card to USCIS Arizona. It got delivered on the P.O. Box on October 14. I still don t have a notice text or email. My problem is I have an international travel on October 29.

I know I can t make an appointment to get the I-551 stamp until I get those notification/case number. Is there any other way for me to get an appointment without the notification ? The only thing I have to show is a screen shot that my application has been sent to USCIS Arizona, a photocopy of my green card front and back that obviously shows that they made a mistake.

The I-129F cover letter in the K-1 guide still references the G-325A, which apparently has caused at least some confusion. Is it possible for somebody to update? I can do so myself and provide it somewhere if necessary.

Hello, I am trying to fill out an I-130A for my stepdaughter, 7 years old. Her and her mother are in the Philippines, we were just married in July.

Question is where should this form be signed and by who?

Should I sign it as the preparer, or is it better that her mother signs it in the "Spouse Beneficiary" box?
