Does the divorce decree need to be translated to English.

If yes, where did you have it translated? Is there a certified translator that needs to sign it? Where do we find it?

hi everyone i want to ask a question we are in the process of gathering all the form to file for my visa (beneficiary) since i am the one doing all the evidence photos etc. im still confuse if together with this pocket to be send in uscis will be NEEDED to attached any bank savings etc. or form to fill? and what form is that?, or tax return id fine and no need to fill any form? thank you for the help

I'm applying for a green card under F1 category (unmarried son/daughter of US Citizen over 21). I'm at the CEAC stage. And have uploaded all required documents.

I submitted documents on Sept 9 and sent the last document was uploaded Sept 23. According to the NVC website they are currently reviewing documents uploaded on Sept 3 which is nearing the date of the first set of documents I uploaded.

In what order are they going to review my documents? Will they review them all in one go? will they start reviewing my documents when their schedule hits Sept 9 or when I uploaded my last doc on Sept 23?

Any insight on this matter is greatly appreciated.

Hello!. My fiance and I just scheduled his interview at USEM in Manila. When we got to the confirmation page it says DS-160 confirmation number. The thing is, he hasn't submitted his DS-160 yet. Is it normal to have a DS-160 confirmation number on the interview appointment confirmation page even if the DS-160 is not submitted yet? Or could it be because he did a DS-160 last year (march 2018) for a tourist visa, which was denied. He used the same profile. But the profile has been updated before setting up this interview. Is this a possible problem? If so, how do we correct it?. Thank you so much for any help you can provide.

My mom's visa status change from "READY" to "ISSUED" last October 16, 2019. but yesterday (October 22, 2019) I checked the ceac website and it changed again from "ISSUED" to "READY". Do you have any similar experiences?
