NVC sent us message that documents been accepted but tell us that additional support documentation is required. They're asking us to submit proof current of employment and proof of assets entered on the Form I-164. Are we going to upload the documents now or wait for the scheduled interview at the embassy? Which is right?

Hello all, So I have completed the DS-160 for K-1 and submitted. I have also paid the fee and kept the receipt. What is NEXT? Do I schedule the interview or do I wait for them to send me a letter about my interview? If I have to schedule myself where do I go? Thank you in advance for the help.

My wife has become a USC and we have attempted to secure a Tourist Visa for her mother to visit for a few weeks. Her mother is in her late 50's. She is widowed and has a 30 year old son who is working in Cebu. She sold her home after the death of her husband and has a makeshift, side of the road store for income. She presently has a new boyfriend in Cebu. On our first attempt at her visa she was turned down because of not being able to convince the official of her intent to return home. Since her original rejection she has taken a trip to Korea with her son and fianc e, staying a week. My question is that since she has gone internationally and returned, would that be evidence of her intent to return after being on a trip to the USA? Is it worthwhile to attempt another shot since having this new information?
