Hi I have another question. My mother became a US citizen years ago but I am filed under F2B category. My question is, since I am going to be one of those who will be getting the welcome letter soon, is NVC going to send me a welcome letter under F1 or under F2B category? Am I automatically converted? Do they know my mother became a US citizen? I am confused if I will opt out or...thanks to anyone who can answer me.

Hi guys! Hope you are all doing okay.

We already received an email from NVC! Yay! :)

We are now starting to do the the medical and filling out the DS-160. They are both asking for priority date, where I can find it?

Also, is it smart to do the medical first before we schedule my interview date?

Thank you so much for your help!!

Guys is theres someone who is the same situation with my process? I am a K1 visa petition and done my interview march 18 2019, The CO gave me 221g for lack of documents and supporting documents of relationship chatting june-july 2017 when we first met. I send back then all of those documents except the supporting documents which we already delete and we dont have back. But i send them some proof from social media which we got some comments and post to each other account. All those i mailed them april 10 2019 and until now i am stuck at AP. When i check the CEAC it says no status nonimmigrant and administrative processing immigrant? My medical already expired sept. Can you gave us any advice what to do? Thanks and appreciate it alot in advance. Godbless

hello everyone ! My husband, a LPR, submitted I-130 for me and for my son, 8 months old, separately with separate filing fees that was two $535. We received 2 receipt numbers through text message but only 1 hard copy of noa1. Now my question is, i have read that we shouldn't filed the petition separately because my son is my derivative and should only put his name in Part 4. would that affect our timeline? Can we refund the $535 paid for the I-130 of my son? thank you so much.
