US Immigration from Philippines

Hello everyone just wanted to ask any good help who have a successful experience during the process of tourist visa application like the case of my son.To start with my son who is over 21 yrs of age in Phils have a pending approval of my petition to him to come to the US as you all know when it s over 21 yrs old the waiting period is longer so Me and his 2 sister is planning to let there brother come to the US to spent Xmas with us this coming Dec.hopefully my son work in the govt as a barangay councilor in our place and with a very good record I hope anyone who have a successful experience can share with me any guide on how to convince the Consul so he will approve. I would be very glad someone can share there little time to drop a message of advice so I can let my son start the process thanks have a blissful day all

My wife and I will be going to the Philippines together for our first time since she has had her EAD/AP at the end of January for right over a week.

Is there anything we need to know with my wife traveling on EAD/AP other than she obviously brings her EAD/AP and passport?

Seems like our best flight that we can find involves 3 different airlines.

We will be departing from Houston, any advice on this and airlines is greatly appreciated, thanks!!!

So my wife just got the NOA2 and her interview should be in 6 months or less from what I have read.

Right now my finances are ok. Between my day job and my side job I make about $40,000 a year gross.

However, I have a feeling I may be let go from my day job, which would drop my income down to under 20,000 gross. It would take at few months to transition to a new position.

If I do not meet the threshold of the poverty level and do not have hordes of cash in the bank, I know I can get a cosponser.

Issue is...the cosponser, my father, is retired and gets a total pension of about 19000 a year.

--------------Are we allowed to "make up" the difference with the cosponser. Like if my income is say 5000 short of the threshold and my father still does not meet the poverty levelm can his amount still cover me? Advice? Thanks.

My mom was married in Philippines but we find out he is married before, I wonder how to get the marriage invalid because my mom wants no attachment to him anymore while she stay here in America with me ( I petition my mom and I put married on her paper because I know they are married)
