BONIFIDE MARRIAGE- EVIDENCES - B1/B2

Hello to y'all,

I just got married few days ago. I am currently on B1/B2 Visa. I am working currently on my evidences for Bonifide Marriage, while waiting for our marriage certificate to be released. I need help with the following queries I have.

1. Is it okay to make a Timeline story on how we met? These includes our old chats, pictures, captions every month (since the time we met). Isn't that too much information to provide? It's like 1 1/2 year of Timeline story.

2. I mentioned couple of personal decisions I made on the Timeline story, is it safe to mention it personal stuff?

3. When is the best time to file the I-130 & I-485 post marriage?

4. How will I know if I am safe to stay inside the US, after I have submitted all the requirements for AOS? Does the USCIS be sending a notification to me? How long would it take for me to receive a notification?

I have so many queries, I hope you guys can help me, because we will be doing it by ourselves only.

Thank you in advance and GOD BLESS.

So we have the NOA2 now for the IR spousal.

The NVC stage which we are preparing for now...they want to see JUST financials?

Meaning they don't need another copy of our overseas wedding certificate? That would take weeks to get for me.

So they need the Aff of Support

Last 3 years tax records

Copy of last 3 months paycheck stubs

My indep contractor paperwork

Correct?

When do they want things like records of my Xoom money I sent to her monthly, emails, FB chats, paper letters, and her criminal background checks?

thanks

Received I-797C for 10-year Greencard - just Biometrics?

Just received a Form I-797C the other day that says: "To process your application, petition or request, the U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS) must capture your biometrics."

It then indicates our appointment (in less than 2 weeks) and says she needs to bring Photo Identification.

Note this is the first response since we filed the core I-751 back in May. Also, we did an Interview to receive her initial green card (back in 2017).

So my questions are:

1) This is not an interview, just a picture and fingerprinting, correct?

2) If they are responding with this biometric appointment, does that mean they will not require an interview for the 10-year GC approval?

3) Does the new health insurance requirement impact our submission at all? Should we take proof of insurance just so they can put it in the record?

Thanks!

CFO Clark experience

Good day. I just want to share my experience when I had the GCP at CFO Clark. I'm not even sure if this will help since it's all written on the appointment letter but I'll share it anyway lol.

Scheduling the appointment was smooth for me. I didn't encounter any problems that I've been seeing on groups.

CFO Clark only conducts GCP for USA and Canada every Wednesday, from 2PM to 5PM. It states on the appointment letter that you have to be there 1h30m before your appointment since you still have to fill out forms that ask for information about you and your fianc /e. It's all just waiting for the appointment to start after that.

They asked for my passport and my appointment letter and they gave me the forms that I had to fill out. After giving it back to them, they reviewed the forms and asked questions to verify my answers. After that, as mentioned before, I just waited for it to start. The seminar itself lasted for like an hour. It was interactive, very informative, and helpful, especially if you've never been out of the country.

After that, we had our one-on-one interview with the officer. For CFO Clark, it was pretty smooth and easy compared to the (horror) stories I've been reading about CFO Manila. Asked for 2 valid IDs, basically asked about how we met and the last time we met, and just asked to see our photos together and that was it.

I waited for probably 20 minutes and I got my CFO-GCP certificate already. I don't have a visa yet but we were informed that we can just walk-in on Wednesdays to Fridays (to reiterate, this is for CFO Clark, they're ONLY open on Wednesday to Friday) when we finally get a visa so we can get the sticker. There's no need to schedule an appointment.

That's basically it.

God bless us all in this journey!
