Hello everyone! My EAD and AP application was approved on 2/17/2019 and I received the card in the mail a week later. The card expires on 2/17/2020. While I wait for my AOS interview to be scheduled, I am now in the process of renewing my EAD and AP. My last Notice of Action says that they can reuse my current biometrics on file. I hope this saved some processing time. Now my question - is there anyone out there that have gone through an EAD/AP renewal process recently? How long did it take for the EAD/AP renewal to be approved? Thanks in advance!

Mine was rejected. It said I did not qualify. I believe the reason was that my transcript showed too low of income. I submitted my pay stubs but it was my fault for not clearly stating my situation. So here it is. I received a fairly large increase in pay early this year which puts me well above the level required for a family of 4 in Hawaii. My YTD income for this year is already well above the required amount and will be reflected on my pay stubs. Can I resubmit my I-864EZ form along with a letter and supporting documentation? Here is what I plan to send: - Cover letter explaining the situation;
- I-864EZ Form;
- Email from my CEO to the payroll company advising of my increase in pay to $xx,xxx.xx/year;
- Offer letter from my CEO to me;
- Pay stubs from date of increase to current;
- Last year s transcript as required (which does not show adequate income level);
Will this be sufficiant?

I wanted to ask about a different issue. I have many photos of my Filipina fiancee and I together from my trip to the Philippines back in July. Some of them even include her cousins. My question is how do I include some of these in my petition? I don't know how to make printouts with several photos on them and add captions. I have photo software but I don't know how to use it. I have been talking to a local immigration lawyer but I am starting to get frustrated with him because I don't agree with some of the things he is telling that are needed. But again is there an easy way to include several photos of my fiancee together without having to make things look pretty, so to speak? I have read where you can write on the back of the photos and that would be ideal for me. I also have all boarding passes and receipts from the hotel and even restaurants and other stuff along with copies of my stamped passport. But my main question is how do I include the photos of her and I together without making a photo album?

How do I help my fianc get set up? She's coming in on a K-1. We plan on getting her an SSN. If successful, I gather that an ITIN isn't needed? Which has a better chance of allowing her to get an account: bank or credit unions? We're estimating that she'll be here Spring 2020. That makes here eligible to be Resident Alien and so we can file MFJ next year (tax year 2020, filing 2021)? I'm probably missing loads of basic stuff. Anything else--advice/tips--are welcome! Thanks everyone!
