US Immigration from Philippines

Is it required to provide a response to the question "At which USCIS office will the beneficiary apply for adjustment of status to lawful permanent resident?" ?

I am selecting a location outside of the country to the following question "At which U.S. Embassy or Consulate location will the beneficiary apply for an immigrant visa?" so I am unsure if I require a response to the previous question and if these serve the same purpose?

Can someone please explain? If the first question is referring to something that needs to be completed after my wife has received her visa and is already in the US, is there a list of locations?

Well, my fiance has finally passed through the SLEC TB scenario and had her interview today (12 Nov 2019). The CO really pulled a rabbit out of a hat. She worked in Saipan for a year. Saipan is a US commonwealth and when I was filling out the DS160 I came to VJ and asked why I couldn't find Siapan in the reciprocity list. Someone told me that since it was a commonwealth it wasn't considered US soil for reciprocity purposes. So, anyway the CO is insisting on having a NBI for her time in Saipan. The CO provided a State Dept link to a page that doesn't exist. I've googled everything I can think of and can't find anyone to request a NPI from. Thanks in advance for any help.

I hope someone can help me about a case of not having any vaccination record to provide for medical exam. I cannot pull out my old record from my home country.

What could be a possible option?

How much does the medical exam cost you?

Is it a requirement to provide the Medical Exam along with the I-485 form, or it can be submitted and to be followed or I can bring it for future interview?

It has taken 7 months, but my US-China attorney has secured a police clearance for my Filipina wife for the time we lived in China (2015-18). We are now starting NVC stage.

They just got it today and will get it notarized in china. The lawyer will attach a letter stating that the police were only able to give a clearance for 2017-18 because of blah blah.

Anyway my question is about translation. As my wife will need to take her criminal check to the Manila embassy and I do believe the NVC will require it too (copy) it will need certified tranlation, according the NVC site.

ll documents not written in English, or in the official language of the country in which you are applying for a visa, must be accompanied by certified translations. The translation must include a statement signed by the translator stating that:

• The translation is accurate, and
• The translator is competent to translate.

So...my lawyer says they can translate it before they Fedex it to me. Can just the lawyer do the translation and include these two points above on an attached letter?

his hurts as I type this..So I have a Fiance in the philippines that is a trans woman, we met on a dating app talked for a year met up and now we're engaged,so with that in mind last friday, I stumbled across a escort page with her pictures, they weren't bad just pictures of her, saying where she worked at the time her name and etc, ( The Job she had at the time payed good, So if this is her not sure why she's did this or if she still does) so I showed this to her while on video call she was quiet for a bit then said that people used her likeness to scam people before and it's common here in the philippines, (Her reaction was pretty calm as if this happens a lot)of course I love her ( first love BTW) so I believe her, then a hour after we hang up I clicked the link again and the page is gone....Then today I decided to ask her to add me FB since we've talking on messenger for a while ( we talk everyday so I didn't feel the need to add her) Also so I can tag her in stuff, and she says that her trans friends stole her ex BF from her when she added him on her FB? and she doesn't want that to happen to her again with me, she says she knows I wont entertain them which I won't I'm committed to her but she doesnt want them be on my facebook, Is there something she's hiding? Are her trans friends jealous of what we have?Will her friends out her about this escort thing? Or something even worse? You must know me well, are you African or Asian? Then she said she went back to it and it was gone and she calm about it, she didn't get defensive...
