US Immigration from Philippines

Hi i am a permanent resident and trying to bring my 2 sons. One is 16 and one is 20 yrs old. I filed the petition last aug 2018. The priority date is 2018. We received a RFE letter and needed the updated birth certificate of my two boys( minor when i filed it last year)

my other son just turned 21 yrs old last oct 28, 2019. What will happen to his category? Will he stay in f2 or will be moved to fb2 since the uscis requires current birth certificate before his 21st bday?

Received rfe for I-130 approval on october 15, 2019. His birthday is oct 28, 2019 and turned 21 yrs old.

Hi all, thanks for replying to my first post. And I'm sorry for being rude, I guess we applicants have no agency anywhere.

I just received my letter for interview appointment (December 3). The checklist attached to it lists the I-693 form as the very first requirement. I've attached it below with my personal identification details removed.

However, I keep seeing posts where people are saying it's not required.

Can anyone specifically from the July 2019 filing batch confirm/deny this? I personally think that we need to keep ourselves constantly updated of these changes, which is not what I see in these forums.

I also have a pretty good DS-3025, having taken the exam at end of December 2018 and most of the required vaccines taken on January 2019. I was only lacking the flu vaccine on that form because it wasn't flu season, but I got my shot at the nearest Walgreen's this past September because I felt like I was displaying flu symptoms (thankfully it was just a cold).

So we have my wifes green card in hand. Can we still renew her passport from her home country so that she can travel back and forth as her passport is expiring soon. She currently holds a Philippine passport and a US green card

My Filipina fiancee is still in the process of getting necessary documents. She went to the Saudi embassy in the Philippines the other day and they told her that they don't issue police clearances. What they do issue is called the no derogatory record for Saudi Arabia. She worked in the county for about 3 years so she is trying to get a clearance for the k1 visa process. Will the no derogatory record be sufficient for the k1 visa process or will she actually need to have the police clearance itself? I'm hoping someone will be able to tell me this one way or another.

I am going to file my K1/K2 AOS right now and I don't"t know where do I need to send those papers. Is it the same service center where my husband file the I-129F? We live in North Carolina. Does anyone knows where I going to file? Thank you so much!
