US Immigration from Philippines

Now filing cos for spouse. We never received the (2year) green card and have Postmaster notarized letter stating that it was NEVER delivered as the Post Office lost it.

We did file for replacement as never received but did not think we would need the postmaster letter as tracking showed "out for delivery" for months.

Sometime during the process the tracking number was recycled and old tacking GONE. The USCIS director sent a HELL NO we will not issue a replacement

card as USPS did not return it as undelivered. 4 months of waiting to get this #######. Instructed us to lie and say we lost it!!!!!! BS to that. Miscarriage followed with great depression.

Have all the other needed documentation for cos but have never seen the conditional green card. We don't even know the expiration date.

If submitted with no copy of card but with Postmaster notarized letter clearly stating that the PO lost it and it was NOT delivered....

WILL USCIS reject the 751 and deport my wife with baby due mid February or accept 751 and issue. Based on her entry date we should file mid December.

Any advice or thoughts? Thank you!

My Joint sponsor is married and has filed a joint income tax return with his spouse, and his income only is sufficient to be a joint sponsor. I read some where it is not necessary to include his wife's income and she doesn't need to fill I-864A if joint sponsor's income only can meet minimum federal poverty requirement. Is it true?

Please help me out.

Just moved to the USA yesterday and thinking about next year's taxes. I've read a fair share about this. What I've read said that as long as my wife has a SS#, we have the option of married filing jointly status, which would be advantageous was a tax standpoint. The problem we have is when my wife tried to get an 2019 income statement from the very large on-line English tutoring company she was told that since all the employees of the company were "free agents", they do not supply annual earnings statements. Argument got us nowhere.

Her earnings only amounted to about $4,000.

Since I greatly prefer to pay taxes, but can't get the tax documents, I'm thinking about putting in a representative number on the form without exact documentation and paying taxes on it. I'm wondering if doing so might create additional problems however.

The other option is that since evidently this income number is reported nowhere and therefore won't be flagged, I could just not include it, something that I would not be entirely comfortable doing as well.

Anyone have any advice on this?

Hello all! I am new here. I met my Filipina fiance online back in May, we chatted for months, and I just got home from a visit to the Philippines to meet her. I am here now trying to file the K1 visa for her to marry me here but I am not sure how to go about proving intent to marry. I can type up a letter and sign it, sure, but she doesn't exactly have access to computers and scanners in the Philippines, and mail to her country takes forever...if it even arrives. How can I prove intent to marry? I appreciate your help guys because I am really bad at this sort of thing.
