What forms does my cosponsor need to fill out?

Hello all, I just filed my K1f packet and got my NOA1. I am going to spend the few months in the Philippines with my fianc e for my second visit in 2 weeks.

My first question is, when are RFE s given? At the NOA2 stage? I m really worried about getting an RFE while I m gone, so I wanted to do as much preparation as I can while I m still in the US.

I currently do not have a high enough income to meet the requirements at my current job so I was planning to use my mother as my cosponsor. However, I have seen many different places say that the Philippines does not accept cosponsors? Does anyone know the real answer to this?

If they don t accept cosponsors, what should I do? I won t start my higher paying job that I have lined up until I get back from the Philippines.

If they do accept cosponsors, would *both* my mom and I need to fill out separate Affidavits of Support (I-134?) Or what forms does the cosponsor fill out?

Thanks in advance!

Hi, I m currently in the Philippines and my husband filled our I 130 application 3 weeks ago(November 1). He sent the application to the Phoenix AZ Lockbox but up until this time, we haven t received anything from the USCIS. He tried to call them, and the response that he s getting is that he s name is not yet on the system. He included a credit card charge form since he cannot find his check book lol.

My question is, this is this normal? I ve read a few blogs, and they said that usually USCIS will send the NOA1 within 2-3 weeks after submitting the petition. Should we be worried that the I 130 packet got lost somewhere?

Hello all, I'm just trying this blog post to see if I might get some experiences from those of you on here. To make the story short and simple, my fianc (in Manila) went in for her interview back in Feb of this year, Feb 6th to be exact. Her interview with the consultant seemed to be going great, she was able to answer all of the questions with enough detail and had all of the documentation required. However, towards the end of the interview, when she thought it was over and the consulate was satisfied. He stood up and went to his computer, was there for a few moments, then asked another Filipino agent to speak with her. They questioned her about a missing stamp in her older passport. While, studying abroad in Malaysia (legally, had a, student visa) she had decided to visit her aunt, whom was sponsoring her visa in Malaysia. However, her aunt was living in Oman; she was approved for a visitors visa to travel to see her. While there, she had to return to Manila due to some family issues that came up. So she was never able to get that return stamp apon returning to Malaysia to continue her studies.

So she was given a 221G, filed under DS-5335. We sent all the required documents from her travels during that time. As well as the additional information sheet that was given. We received confirmation that these documents were received by the consulate a few days later.

Here we are now almost 10 months later... I've had my lawyer send multiple inquiries to the consulate and to no avail, we are unable to get even the slightest information. Just the same copy and paste "we're still working on it" message.

If anyone, anywhere on here has some idea as to why this issue is still ongoing, I'm all ears. My lawyer doesn't even know the reasoning as too why this case hasn't been approved or anything at this time. Thanks for reading, and I look forward to hearing what you guys have to say.

Phil- US

K1 approved, my fiance should be making her trip to Manila around mid January..

But, I am worried about my income.

I made enough last year to sponcer for the k1 and I should make the 125% for the adjustment of status.. if not I have a co-sponcer for that ..

Anyways in 2018 I had 3 different jobs and 2019 I had 3 different jobs...

I'm worried they will consider my income as " none stable"...

Has anyone here had multiple jobs and had any problems? I am finally at a good job and won't be leaving but that doesn't matter to them...

Any help would be great! Thank you.

Corey
