US Immigration from Philippines

I am bringing my Filipino family to the states, my wife's last 5 kids and her. I believe the i130 fee covers all of them as they are all listed on the same petition. The NVC consists of two fees 1) the affidavit of support ($120) and 2) the Visa Application ($325).

Do I have to pay the NVC fee for each of my 6 family members or just once as the affidavit of support should cover everyone and is the visa application like the i130 where they are all covered by the one fee?

My fiance just had his interview yesterday at USEM Manila and his visa has been approved (YAY!!). Anyway, I just checked the status on ceac.state.gov and it says "application received." Is this normal? I thought it usually says "administrative processing." Thanks for all the help!

i am doing paperwork on our AOS . I have a few questions for those knowledgeable.

We got married on a k1 over 1 year and a half. Horribly mislead by Rapid Visa as we should have known better after their unprofessional and costly K1/K2 filing for us.

That AOS has no time limit. I was told I can still use our k1/k2 status though it and I-94 is expired. I was told I could but very scared to loose the thousands this is costing .

What besides the basic request must I include with my AOS application? divorce decrees? my birth certificate and id? pictures of our court house wedding?

Cant afford a attorney so please follow up with me . Thanks so much

p.s should i state in cover letter late filing because of Rapid Visa information(no time limit to file k1/k2 adjustment of status ?

Ok, so we have our NOA2 and just waiting on my state dept letter. My Filipina wife and I lived in China for a few years and long story short she needs to execute a power of atty and other documents....again very long story.

The Chinese Embassy (who will authenticate her documents) requires...

1. Notarized documents (no problem)

2. Regional Trial Court authentication.....THIS IS WHERE I AM CONFUSED AND HAVE FOUND LITTLE INFO ONLINE AS TO COST/TIME TAKEN/PROCEDURE

3. Dept Foreign Affairs authentication (pretty straight forward)

4. China Embassy for their little authentication procedure

Anyone ever hear of the Regional Trial Court part? I have seen it mentioned, and my Chinese atty said we need it as well.
