What is the best way to mail the K1 RFE response. I know the RFE original letter goes on top followed by a cover letter. Should everything be in a binder with protective page covers or can I just paperclip the multiple page documents and put one big binder clip on the entire package. Any tips is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hello. I hope anyone can help me. A little story about our relationship. We started dating back in 2012 and I immigrated in 2013, we had a daughter in dec 2017. We never got married. I just got my citizenship last month and planning to bring them here in the US. I spoke with a lawyer and told me that I need to petition my fiance as i-129f and a separate petition for my daughter i-130. and also it is going to be EXPENSIVE if I went that route quoted me almost 5 digits. He also gave me an option to go back in PH and get married. I came accross rapidvisa it is cheaper than having a lawyer, but I just want to know what's the best route in petitioning my fiance and daughter? What's the fastest? Thank you so much anything would help.

I just realized today the the birth year on the I-129f for my fiancee was wrong. Called USCIS and they informed me they could not change it because it has already been approved on 11/29 and been forwarded to the embassy. Told me I would have to contact the embassy to have the date changed. This is where I get confused..... I thought it went to NVC (wherever that is) and then sent to the embassy. Is it the embassy I should try to contact or NVC? Who I spoke to at USCIS seemed to indicate that it was being sent to the embassy.

Hello all. First, thank you to everyone who shares their knowledge and experience. It's been very helpful so far, and now I am almost ready to send the packet in. Regarding the passport-style photos of petitioner and beneficiary, I'm a bit confused about the requirements. My girl has taken official passport photos and mailed them to me, and of course I can do mine here, but the instructions say "must...be printed on thin paper with a glossy finish..." Am I just overthinking this? Are the standard 2x2, actual passport-style photos ok, or do I need to have them printed on some thin, glossy paper? Thanks in advance. "You must submit one color passport-style photograph of yourself and one color passport-style photograph of the beneficiary taken within 30 days of filing this petition. The photos must have a white to off-white background, be printed on thin paper with a glossy finish, and be unmounted and unretouched."
