US Immigration from Philippines

I am filling out the I-129F and my beneficiary has a 1 year period of unemployment. Do I need to provide the details and if so, how do I do that?

I came here with k1 visa, i already done with i-485 ( 2 years ) greencard. And then I Get my 10 year green card ( from i-751) now i am ready for renew 10 year greencard ( i -90 ) . I confuse what i have yo answer part 3.1 location where you apply for an immigrant visa or adjustment of status. 3.2. Location where your immigrant visa was issuedor uscis office where you were granted adjustment of status.

Are there any benefits or drawbacks to doing/not doing ROM? Is obtaining dual citizenship for the Philippine spouse desirable? We are considering moving to the Philippines after my retirement in four years and want to explore our options. I also want to leave her in the best possible situation when I go the the great VJ in the sky).

because the website language is ambiguous. It said 3 years from date of residence, which they SHOULD explain means from the issue date of your green card. We thought it meant from the time she got a US driver's license, SSN, etc. So now, we are told that we have to start all over, and lose our $700 fee, too. Because they should have caught this when we first applied, or when she got her biomentrics, this is really their error. I've got a US congressman looking into that and I doubt we'll lose the fee. I'll bring Ms Trump's staff in on it if I must. However, now we have to change our approach to getting her 9 y o (will be 10 in Feb) daughter here. My Filipina wife has been told that she can't file for her daughter to "follow on'" cause her her 10 year visa was delayed. She was given some sort of 18 month extension of her 2 year visa. So I'm trying to send for her daughter myself. Can I get some advice about doing that? Thanks.

So my wife arrived here in virginia from the phillipines 2 weeks ago. We tied the knot last week, and went to the social security office to get her a social security number today with my last name attached to hers. After a fun 3 hour wait our number finally was called and everything went smooth. Something popped up towards the end when she was trying to change wife's name to mine on the card though. She said she was having an issue because the immigration office was already in the process of something regarding her name. She said it was probably the EAD, or the permanent residency.

We havent started our AOS package at all....She mentioned it was something new they were doing and they didnt give them a heads up about this new process that automatically starts to process K1 visa holders for EAD or AOS. I highly doubt it was the AOS because of the money and complicated procedure involved with that. I frequent this board pretty often and havent seen anything regarding this. Does anyone know about it? Sorry for the wall of text..
