US Immigration from Philippines

I was married in the Philippines in 2000. When my fiancee ordered her Cenomar she ordered one for me to see if my marriage was still on records. It was of course. My question is, will we have any trouble registering our marriage in the Philippines since I already have a record of marriage there? Thanks

My fiance had her initial K1 Visa Medical Examination on December 4, 2019 and at the end of the first day she was told that 20% of applicants where required to undergo a 3 day Sputum Test and was scheduled for the 10, 11, and 12th of December. She was also told there there would

be a 12 week time period to develop a culture and the Embassy Interview will need to be rescheduled. Trying to figure out what happened. Is this random selection of 20% of the applicants indeed a fact or was something detected in the other testing. Needless to say I am out a bunch of money on airlines tickets and other associated cost.

What documents other than a passport photo and Letter of Intent do I need from my beneficiary for the I-129f submission?

Just finished Day 1 of Medical at SLEC. I was asked to go back tomorrow for the results and part of the requirement is to provide the delivery address confirmation.

I registered in ustraveldocs... just followed the process but when I printed out the confirmation, I noticed that instead of the DS260 Confirmation ID, it is showing the DS160 Confirmation ID of the B1/B2 visa I applied for back in 2015 (I used the same account since it s tied to the same email address that I have at NVC).

There s no way for me to change the confirmation ID...

I just checked my fiance s visa status on CEAC website and it says issued. It was updated 12/5/19 (Philippines time zone). What is the normal timeline for delivery? My fiance is having it delivered to his house. He lives in Cubao, Quezon City.
