I am putting together a list of In-Person meeting evidence and was wondering if the flight itineraries need to be in any special order. Because of where we are both located, it wasn't possible to book a direct flight to see my fiancee. I had to book three separate flights. How can I organize it efficiently so as it makes sense to the person reviewing the petition?

Hello, i'm in the process of filing for our AOS. We got married on the 26th of november, and we went to social security to get her a SSN last week. When filling out the AOS paperwork should we use her old name, or with my last name attached to it. We filed for the SSN with my name as her last. Thanks in advance.

We filed I-751 for my wife and stepson (minor child so case is attached to the mother) 6 APR 2018. I-751 was approved for both 25 Sep 2019. NOA states that Green card will be mailed shortly. About 3 months ago we received my wife's green card but not my stepson's. So i contacted USCIS via online case status request and we received a response today stating that my stepson still needs to to do biometrics before they can produce his green card. My question now is why does my stepson needs to do biometrics and not my wife? And why did we receive the approval letter if biometrics was still needed? As far as i remember they both did the biometrics before on the same day.

Hi. I am currently filling out the I-864 and I am quite confused on part 3. (information about the immigrants you are sponsoring). We have a daughter and she is already a US citizen before we came here. Should I still include her name on the list? I read on the instruction that for items 4.a-28 you should list family members who are immigrating more than six months after the principal immigrant.
