US Immigration from Philippines

Anyone can help me. My niece has pending f2b from her mom. Shes 24 now and petition filed last feb 2018 and last week we received that letter... anyone can give insight about that. Thank you!

i just wanted to ask anyone who had an experience or info on departing from the Philippines with an IR1 visa. Does the US immigration ask for your Marriage Registration at the airport upon departure? We did not register , as per many complications on applying and also we were advised that we did not need to do so after our visa and counseling approvals. But the lady whom my husband spoke to at the exit counseling told him that they look for that. Just wanted to know if its true.thank you

How do you obtain a Australian police clearance in Manila. My fiance spent a year there visiting family. The us embassy is asking for one to issue the Visa. Is there an online service to get one asap?

She did visit the Australian embassy in Manila they only pointed her to an online application to get one mailed to an address.

Hi everyone! I recently got my employment authorization and I know that before I can get a job, I need to get my Social Security number. Since I came to the United States with F1 visa and I was given the opportunity to work, I already have my Social Security number. What should I do when I go to the Social Security office to change my last name? Should I bring my EAD card to show that my last name has changed since I recently got married? Would they change my status (since being under OPT, I used to have a job that is related to the field of the degree that I took)? Should I bring my marriage certificate? My passport (it still has my maiden name as my last name)?
