I submitted my wife's N-400 the other week. I got an email/letter from USCIS saying that they require her fingerprints on an FD-258. My problem is that the embassy in Seoul doesn't do finger printing. I am stationed in the Air Force here in Korea, wife is here with me as well. The letter stated to go to an Embassy or even a military installation to get this done. I've called around and no body at Osan can really help me and the guy who might do it at Camp Humphreys is on emergency leave and he is the only person in that office. My other issue is they gave a deadline on the letter but I will be on leave when the deadline expires in the Philippines. So I guess my question is does anyone know where I could get fingerprinting for her here in Korea and also in the Philippines while we are visiting?

I received an RFE from the Nebraska Service Center for my I-130 (spouse) on 13 Dec 2019, mailed back my response (they wanted another copy of my marriage license from the Philippines) and got there last Thursday, 19 Dec. Does anybody know how long it will take for them to review and approve my I-130 request?

Hello, it s me again. I m sorry to be posting like crazy lately. Please, I just need to know what to do with this part of the form. I am using Adobe Acrobat to fill out the form and I noticed that the box in the Acknowledgement of Appointment at USCIS... is automatically filled out. Say, the name entered on Page 1 is Joan Shane Smith, the box is then automatically filled out (J.S. Smith). It cannot be edited or deleted. May I know what you did with this part? Should I leave it as it is? Or should I just handwritten everything and write my complete name (or must it be my signature?) in the said box? Thank you.

1. My fiancee is filling out her DS 160 and she's almost done and have even uploaded her photo. However, when she tries go back to the previous page she noticed that the section where it requires my STATE and ZIP CODE it always leaves it blank even if She has been filling that out and saved the info quite a few times. Do you guys have an idea how to resolve this? 2. She also tried saving the dS 160 in her computer but it is on DAT.file... does anyone know how to convert it to PDF file? Any input is much appreciated.. P.S: is there any sites that we can convert these files safely? Thanks
