US Immigration from Philippines

A bit confused on process, I see 5 years as time frame to have green card before you can apply for US Citizenship on website. My wife came on a K-1 visa and we have successfully processed all documents up to the lifting of conditions which we still have not received approval (applied 12/31/18 received a one year extension).

I thought she could apply for citizenship 3 years from the time she received her AOS green card?

Can we apply even though we might not have received the Lifting of Conditions approval?

What is the best way to send your fiancee the Affidavit of Support (I-134)? Is it required that everything is original and be sent via a paid courier (i.e., FedEx, DHL). Or is this something you can email and have you fiancee print. FedEx is soooo expensive. It costs $60-$80 USD general to send documents. Also, the K1 Guide says prepare your statement from the bank immediately after NOA2. What if it takes 2 months for it to process? Will they still except a letter from 2 months ago?

I would love to see the K1 Guide have more information on how the evidence is sent and if they allow copies. Also the time limitation before a document is considered expired.

I need some advice on employment decision. This is hard for me to decide on since I recently immigrated and US is a completely new territory and I'm not sure how employment process works in the US.

I was a Quality Assurance/Software Tester and planned on pursuing that career here. Since I assumed I won't be working for awhile, I planned on getting some certifications done but my EAD got approved sooner than expected.

Now, my brother will be getting married in Mag 2020 and I might need to take a week off to travel to the Philippines because of this, I am considering doing a work-from-home jobs temporarily so I can save up some for the May trip and easily resign from the temp job then when I return to the US, I will start to focus on trying to get a QA job.

Here are my concerns:

1) Will future employer have a negative impression on the most recent short job history?

2) How long is the whole employment process from being interviewed to actually working?

3) Should I just apply for QA jobs right away or should I work on my certifications first?

4) If I ended up getting a QA job, will they let me take a week off in May even though I am new to the company?

This is just an FYI, in case someone else might need this information.

On November 23rd 2019, I had my Report of Marriage and passport renewal done in an Embassy Consular Outreach event in Pensacola, Florida.

Although I still have years left in my old passport, the consular personnel suggested renewing my passport to reflect my new married name. They say it will take 4-6 weeks before I can get it back via mail--this is plenty of time before my AOS interview and the process and requirement was pretty easy so I went for it.

Fast forward to today, I went online to check for the status of my passport using this link: https://philippineembassy-usa.org/passportfinder/ and it finally showed "YOUR PASSPORT IS READY FOR RELEASE".

What would you say is the time frame for receiving the Visa. My fiance didn't have a foreign Police clearance. All required documents have been submitted with her passport.
