US Immigration from Philippines

Early onion this process, I came across a link regarding how to organize documents and evidence for mailing. I can't seem to locate it now. Does anyone know of such a link? TIA

Hi. I received an email from FPMManila@state.gov, the Fraud Prevention Manager of the US Embassy here in Manila, The Philippines telling me something like this (will copy paste):

"Good day.

On behalf of the United States Department of State, the U.S. Embassy hereby informs you that additional information became available after your visa was issued. You should not attempt to travel with your visa to the United States, as you will not be permitted to enter the U.S. and will be returned to your point of origin.

We ask you to come to the U.S. Embassy at your convenience. Please let us know by responding to this email when you intend to come.

We appreciate your cooperation."

Does anybody know what's going on? I have been using my B1/B2 Visa since 2016?

I know I am several months out, but just recently stumbled across this pathetic requirement.

I have found numerous articles, websites and guides on the process. But they are all different and some out of date.

When exactly does this need to be taken care of? Before or after receiving visa? Can it be done the day we depart?

My fiancee would have to fly to the locations and would be very inconvenient for her to make a trip alone. I'm already going to be flying from the US and accompanying her and her two small children to Manila for the medicals and interviews. Can it be done at the same time?

It's a huge hassle to keep going to Manila. She lives in a major city in Mindinao.

I have a question on the Passport application (DS-11) and was hoping someone could help. I have searched the internet to no avail.

Page 1 has a Name section. I am assuming this is for the person the passport is for (my son).

Page 2 has first line "Name of Applicant" Followed by the parents. Would the applicant be me (the one applying for my son) or my son?

Hi everyone! I filed my husbands petition july 30th of 2018..as i looked up uscis priority date it is already at october 2018. Still did not get any news or approval from my petiton. Did anybody here From 2018 get approved yet? Just wondering.
