221g for late registered birth certificate

Hello there,

As I am writing these my heart aches, been weeks now that waiting for our passport or our visa on hand is killing. I kept reading about people who seek for an advise here, and seems everyone got a help from everyone..

December 10th my kids and I had an interview at USEM. To make everything short, CO questioned me why my son's birth cert is late registered so told the reason then gave me 221g/white slip requesting to send them some documents ( hospital records, school records, babtismal record ) for my son's with our passport together. So after a while of gathering them I managed to send them on the 16th and consulate received our documents on the 17th ( based on 2go tracking ).
1 of our MNL # indicate it's ready, and 2 of our MNL # in under AP on the 17th and 31st December until now.

Is there anyone that experienced the same and succeeded to get their visa? is there a chance for our k1 and k1 visa to be approved? If so what is the time line? Or any number at the USEM that you all can suggest for us to call so that we can expedite our application.

Thanks in advance, God bless..

F31 visa preference

1 principal applicant and 4 beneficiaries

NVC Phase

Forms are paid but documents have not yet submitted. One beneficiary has not completed the DS260.

Greetings!

I am asking for a friend. I would appreciate if someone out here can answer the queries regarding her concern.

They have been petitioned under F31 (married sons and daughters) and was approved after 23 years. They already paid the IV and AOS fees but did not finish the DS260 for one derivative. They have requested expedite at NVC prior to sending fees and forms. Now, the NVC has accepted their expedite request just today and is now waiting for their immigrant visa interview appointment.

Question:

Is it possible that they will be scheduled for an immigrant appointment despite not submitting documents to CEAC?

Three of the derivatives are already aged out but since they haven t submitted their documents yet, their names have not yet removed on CEAC. Would that mean they will be joining the immigrant visa interview?

One of the derivatives has not submitted the DS260 form due that she has not requested for her PH passport yet since she just had her BC corrected and waiting for the PSA to issue her a BC. If in case they received the immigrant visa interview appointment, can she still join the interview?

Will the US EMBASSY in Manila allow the family to have the interview if some of the members will not be physically present?

If they put her under Follow to Join, would that benefit the rest of the members to proceed to their interview without the other one?

Many thanks and awaiting for expert advice.
