US Immigration from Philippines

Hello everyone! I came here on a k1 visa. We sent my AOS recently but I m wondering if I can reach out to the USCIS and request for expedite processing of my travel document? Husband and I wants to visit my family in Philippines before I m super pregnant. I m currently almost 5 months pregnant. We are hoping to travel around March which I ll be around 7 months or sooner than that. Anyone has tried it before and successfully received it on time of your intended travel?

I will not be able to travel in probably 2 years after giving birth because of the age of the baby. I ve read the criteria for expedite processing on the USCIS website but I m just wondering if anyone has gone through the same case I have.

Sorry if I am being a pain today, but could not find any good info on this.

My wife (spousal IR visa) is having her interview in the next few months in Manila (I assume).

I am at a job and will be moving back to my home state by late May and will secure a new long term house and job. I am currently at the house/mailing on the USCIS NVC docs.

I am concerned about a potential greencard being lost in the mail (with an upcoming move), this really concerns me, especially since they can potentially take months to print and get.

So my question is this: Lets say she has an interview in March and gets the visa. I would not fly her here until June and once I have the new house rented.

Do I have the option to pay for and request her greencard AFTER she has arrives in the USA? By doing so, an updated and valid mailing address would be provided so no risk of the gC being lost.

Hello everyone! My wife and I really need help.

We filed for her AoS this week, and I was hoping to go to SFO to renew her passport. The dilemma is, we are not able to get any form of identification before she gets her green card, and she also needs her green card to renew her Philippine passport! How are we able to get through TSA, if the timelines for filing at the Chicago Lockbox is 8-24 months? :(

Can we request for an extension on a Philippine passport? If yes, when should we do that?

Hi I m signing up as the joint sponsor for my sister s who got married here thru K1 visa. They got married in September and now trying to file for adjustment for status. Her husband s income didn t qualify for the income requirements.

I m now a US citizen and they asked me if I can sign up as the joint sponsor. Me and my husband files our tax jointly. My income alone satisfies the income requirement. I can provide all the tax transcript and W2 s if needed. my husband has too many jobs (5/6job) in 2016 and 2017 and I have to get over through our files for his W2 s ( which I really don t have to do cus of my busy schedule). I only work for one company and I can easily download the needed docs.

They had hire Rapid visa to assist them with their paperwork. My question is can I just use my income to joint sponsor? I know I have to provide 3 years of income,2016-2018. ( We haven t filed our 2019, still waiting for my husband s W2 s). Rapid visa says I have to provide me and my husbands W2. I want to someone had the same experience.

Can the I551 be used in place of a greencard to do things such as apply for jobs?
