my questions are;

1. How soon can we create an account with 2Go for visa delivery?
2. When creating an account who s name should I register? The beneficiary (minor)?

Im new to this so forgive me if my question out of sorts... But can you complete the NVC process using a ipad...???

On 24 February 2013, my wife and I began our visa/citizenship journey by filing for a fiance visa. After suffering the incredible bureaucracy of the visa, green card and naturalization processes, my wife was finally sworn in as a US citizen on 22 January 2019. We twice suffered the disappointment of having to provide additional evidence of our relationship, but for the most part it was submitting the forms and waiting for the results. One thing in our favor towards the end was that my wife was eligible for an expedited citizenship due to the fact that I was transferred to an overseas assignment for the US Government. It sped up her citizenship process by about six months to a year. I cannot express enough my appreciation to the VisaJourney web site and all the site's participants for getting us through and over all the hurdles of obtaining my wife's entry to the US and eventually her citizenship. To all who are beginning this journey take heart and have patience. The bureaucracy seems daunting, but just keep submitting those forms and applications and it will all come together in the end. Your fellow VisaJourney members will arm you with everything you need to succeed. Best of luck to all in their visa journey.

Hello, I send the death certificate of my husband last December 15, 2019. I just had a conversation with an NVC agent and she told me that once they received the death cert, they are going to return my case to USCIS.

It made me confuse now because some widows who have the case as mine, NVC just converted the case to widow from spouse. But the agent told me it will be return to UCSIS. I dont know what will happen to my case.

So we did the whole interview, she has her K1 Visa, everything is done. or so we thought, she did CFO in davao before the interview, as others have done, so we just had to go back for her sticker. well apparently they are making it really hard, we had been there 5 times in total and they refused to give her the cfo sticker each time. each time they wanted something new, additional information.

I have one divorce and one child from a prior marriage.

first visit was the cfo

2nd visit they said they needed the parenting plan.

3rd visit they said they needed a uilitiy bill to show proof that i lived in usa.

4th the divorce decree had a mix up on the Respondent/Peitioner line, but other then that it was signed and filed in court. but they wont accept it now because i need to correct it.

5th visit, i didnt visit again after April because i had surgery and Rehab. they want proof of my surgery.

Has anyone else experience these issues? they lady she talked to stated she was the boss. Is there anything we can do. Im not sure what to do, it seems like every time she goes its something new. she lives 5 hours from davao.
