How long NVC reviews before you get DQ-ed? Can i send expedite email while waiting? Thanks

It has been a while since I was on Visa Journey . I have a question and hope I can get some answers . I am asking for a family friend .

The Petitioner wants to abandon the petition and told his fianc e that the relationship is off after 1 year . He does not wish to proceed with the petition for his fianc e and her daughter .

The daughter did her biometrics and his fianc e is scheduled for her biometrics later this month .

My question : How can she proceed with the petition without the petitioner help ? I am willing to be a co-sponsor and complete the I-184 ( Affidavit of Support ) for her . Her daughter received a RFE for the I-184 and she have a deadline at the end of Jan to complete .

What are her options at this point in the process ?

I appreciate any input .

I got my RFE today. They wanted a legible copy of one of my divorces and pictures of us together, which I put in the application. My case is with the Texas service center but the address they want me to mail the stuff is in California. Can I use a different envelope and can I enclose a video of our engagement party?

P.S. Does anyone have a general time frame from sending the RFE back to NOA2?

I am looking for a bank in the US (I'm In Alabama), that issues bank drafts in HK dollars. As I need to pay for Certification of No Criminal Conviction.

Since my local bank couldn't find Hong Kong on the map, I have called every major bank in the surrounding area. Including Citibank, Chase, HSBC, Regions and Wells Fargo. All say they do not issue in anything other than US funds.

I was told Bank of America does this but I have been unable to verify.

When we sent our I130 and I485 packets to USCIS, we were able to send these as our evidence of bonafide marriage: our joint lease agreement, our photos, our text mesages, our video calls, engagement photos, wedding photos, our honemoon photos with our airfare ticket and itinerary travel package, our wedding reciepts, our letters and gifts for each other, joint health insurance, wedding expense reciepts, photos with friends and family.

So my husband and I's green card interview is coming up the first week of next month. I read that it is best to bring additional new evidences. We were planning to have joint bank account but the bank requires a bill with my address and name on it in which it would be hard for us to get since all of our bills is under my husband's name. Comcast won't allow us to have joint accounts and our utility bills allowed us to have my name under his account, yet they will be sending our bill statement next month (it would probably be after the interview date). We only have our Costco joint account and some new photos, gifts and letters to each other. Would these suffice as additional new evidences? Thanks for your repsonse.
