What is the best time to call NVC? I need to start calling to see if they have my approved petition package from USCIS. When I call the 1-603-334-0700 number, I get a recording....it doesn't allow me to wait for a person.

My parents have Visitor s visa (10-years), I plan to petition them once my US Citizenship is approved. Question: let s say I am eligible to petition my parents and have already filed for their i-130, can they still travel to the US while their i-130 is pending?

Hi guys, just trying to clarify. I am at the NVC stage of my process. Do I need the last 3 years tax returns or just 1 year? I am hearing it both ways. I would rather do 1 year if I can. Thanks so much as always for your help!

My wife recently became a US Citizen and she has not yet reacquired her citizenship, she is due in April. We were wondering if she has not reacquired her Filipino Citizenship by the time the baby is born, can our baby still acquire dual citizenship?
