US Immigration from Philippines

I can't find a thread with this topic so I started one. Last September 2017 , we filed a petition for my mom to become PR, case was sent to TEXAS Service Center, it only took us 6 months to wait for USCIS to approve my petition, My mom is here in the US already. Last August 2019, we also filed a petition for my husband's mom to come to US and expecting to get the NOA2 next month,but case was sent to NEBRASKA Service Center. I did a reserach, and it says there the processing time for I130 in Nebraska is about 12 to 19.5 months, why it's longer? Does anyone of you whose case was sent also to Nebraska? Does it really take a year or more to wait for NOA2?

I am petitioning my parents for immigrant visa and my birth certificate has been rejected. It is the same document I have been using for a job, school or international travel. My birth certificate is from NSO. Do I need to get one from Philippine Statistics Authority? I am not sure if my parents can get it for me since I am not in the Philippines. I do not know why my birth certificate was rejected. I hope someone can help me for information and what is needed. Thank you.

Hi guys!!! I came in the country on a k-1 visa and now I m happily married. I submitted my adjustment of status packet last December 20, 2019 and USPS confirmed that it was delivered to the Chicago lockbox on December 23 @ 5:37 pm. Until now I have not gotten any sms or email from uscis saying they have my papers. Just worried about it.. Does anybody have the same experience? What should I do next? Thank you

We just had our interview yesterday at the Manila embassy and we received news that she passed and he would approve her. He kept her passport and she left. Now online it says "Your visa case is undergoing necessary administrative processing." What we understood is that once she is approved, that's it, and its just a matter of sending the passport to her home.

Has anyone dealt with this?

I know my reasons are weak - to be with spouse after being married for more than two years. That s the truest reason i can say. Anyone here got denied because of this?
