US Immigration from Philippines

I have a question regarding the forms need to be submitted to NVC on petitioning wife and step kids.

We are on NVC stage now and I am getting lost in the process. We uploaded DS 260 and other documents to my step son's account last January 15, 2020 and on January 24, 2020 we got a mesaage saying all the supporting documents uploaded for my step son are invalid except his civil documents. I really don't know what they want. I hope somebody has gone through this process and may be able to help us. Thank you.

I am planning to file a petition for both my parents next month, but would like also for them to come visit us this year maybe atleast for 3months. They already have multiple entry tourist visa and have been here in the US 2017 and 2018. Is it possible for them to use the tourist visa after I file for their petition? could someone please advise.

I was told at the pre-screening that I missed to upload the petitioner's W-2 (but I gave them a hardcopy). I asked if I will be placed under 221g and she said it will depend on the officer's decision. At the interview, the consul did not ask any additional document and said I'm good. So I had the impression that they will probably just upload it themselves.

After a week, I checked my account at CEAC and they still did not add the W-2 there. Should I upload it myself or should I not touch anything after the interview? Anyone with similar experience?

Hi! So I m stressing out about filing tax returns(I want to do it myself to save money but my husband wants someone else(J&H) to do it for us and pay like $150-200 which I think is a waste). I came here in the US late last year through K1, got married and has a pending AOS. Should we file jointly or separate? I ve read that by filing jointly, I also need to report my income for 2019. I only worked a few months while in the Philippines and only made just around $1000. Is filing separately a better option for us? Help please. Thank you!

I have a few questions, please (I m the sponsor):

I am moving out of state in two weeks, New York to Texas. My wife and I already have the new apartment in texas with both our names on the lease. My wife will stay with a friend here in New York for an additional 7 weeks, until April, and then travel to her home country for another 7 weeks, meeting me in Texas at end of May, about a week and a half before her 2 year GC expires.

We will file our ROC around March 9.

How should we handle the address changes with USCIS for both of us? I believe I have 30 days, and my wife has 10 days to notify them of the new address.

Should we both update to the new Texas address as soon as I move, or should we update hers to the friend s place she is staying with during those 7 weeks, and also notify them of the trip overseas, and then update again to Texas when she returns?

What s the best way to go about all of this?

And, also since she might still be in New York (or even overseas) if we get a biometrics appt within the first few months of filing, what s the best way to handle that, can it be rescheduled if needed (in texas instead of New York also if needed)?
