Can someone let us know what is the time frame for receiving the Packet 3? Is this going to be sent via e-mail or will we have to wait for the physical copy? The ready status was changed only today Jan 27, 2020 but we have not received an e-mail. Thanks for the help!

P.S. Can we start scheduling the interview and the Med exam?

Hello, sorry if this is the wrong sub for this.

we re finally getting ready for the naturalization interview and we have an appt scheduled in Tampa.

My question is, does anyone know if Tampa does same day oath/swear in? I can see from this forum and other parts of the internet that some offices do same day yet results are non existent when I try to find info on the Tampa location.

The only reason we re curious is we are planning on having our small children (1 and 3y/o s) stay at home with family while we go to the interview. but if the oath is same day, we d like the kiddo s to be there.

Any input on the tampa office would be appreciated and help us to figure out what we should do. Thanks!

My wife arrived March 2019 and we married in April 2019. She received her Green Card the first week in November. She has a SSN. She had no income in the Philippines before we were married and has not worked here since her arrival. Am I correct in thinking that we can just file taxes normally Married Filing Jointly? She does not need to submit any special foreign income earnings form? Thanks as always....
