Hi, I am a beneficiary of I-130 petition. I m in the Philippines, and I recently moved to a new address (different from the one that we used when we submitted the petition back in November 2019). My question is, does he need to call the USCIS and give them my updated address?

For supporting evidence of a relationship how much is needed?

We will be providing proof that we are expecting a child in July, as well as bank statements, tax returns, photos, and health insurance and 401 k. Is this enough information? My wife is an authorized user to the credit cards but would this be considered a joint asset or liability by USCIS? Thank you very much for any information!!!!

I'm processing a CR1 visa for my wife and have recieved NOA 2 form I-797c.

My situation is:

My wife needs to change her physical address from the one we stated on the forms.

What is the proper way to do this so she may recieve her visa paperwork at her new address?

I'm assuming I would need to send a formal letter to the Potomac Service Center for which our visa was sent to be reviewed and processed.

Any help and thoughts are welcomed and appreciated.

Mark

Our AOS interview is the end of February. What questions is the USCIS officer likely to ask? When the paper work was submitted my wife was not pregnant at the time but I made over 28 thousand for 2018 and over 30 thousand for 2019 but my promotion didn t take affect until November of 2019 and I will very likely be getting promoted again in a couple months so I don t think income will be an issue.

Hello! posting this question to anybody here that can help..

Im renewing my philippine passport on Friday, 1/31/20 and in the process of getting my paperwork for the personal appearance appointment.

Im looking to change my name back to my maiden name based on spousal death. Spouse was a US citizen so i only have the state death cert not a psa one which should be fine I believe.

However, it states on the embassy website that i also need to provide a Sworn Declaration to Revert to Maiden Surname. I have no idea where to get this form, or if i can just write a signed letter or if this needs to be notarized..

please help!
