US Immigration from Philippines

Hello, Is there anyone who alreast filed thru online for I130 (as for my case it is for both my parents)? What list of documents or forms should I submit /prepare when I do online filing for the petition? Will it be the same as the regular filing?Thanks in advance!

Hi guys, good day! I had my interview last January 30, 2020 at the US embassy in Manila. The consul gave me 2 pamphlets already but when she reviewed our files, she noticed that my fiance did not meet the required income. So she gave me a 221g form asking for a "qualified joint sponsor". Now, we found a sponsor (my fiance's step dad). On his birth certificate, his name is "Lee Roy" but on most of his documents such as IRS tax transcripts and etc. his name is "Leroy" and this is what he's been using since then. The consul did not ask me to submit the sponsor's birth certificate however it was stated in the i-864 form that the joint sponsor needs to submit a proof of citizenship. Since my fiance's step dad has 2 different name spellings but it's just referring to one person, we are going to include an explanation letter that both names belong to him with his signature. Now, I am not so sure if what name should I put on the i-864 form, the correct spelling on his birth certificate or the wrong one (the one he is using and it matches to his name on his IRS transcript)? If someone can please advise, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you so much!

I haven't yet received NOA2. My case was received on October 10. Is it still early or should I take any action on this?

i am here in here philippines with my fianc for her interview. the result was administrative process and they also gave her passport back.

on her cenomar paper, her fathers name was misspelled and she was told that would be an issue. the last question the interviewer asked was about where I live. I moved in with her aunt after my lease ended so that we could just pick an apartment together when she moved. I make around 95K and we have no children/dependents but would living with her aunt be an issue?

we are concerned bc we are a same sex couple so the US is the only place we can get married pretty much and because they put us on AP and gave the passport back. Would any of the above things be such a big issue?

My wife was looking at her green card and got curious what the category code was. We looked it up and it said that the code is for stepchild of a US citizen .

Do we need to fix this mistake?

How do we fix it?
