US Immigration from Philippines

Hi my father was deported to the philippines back in 2006. I was wondering what steps can we take to bring him back to the US. I am a US Citezen.

Hello, I am the US Citizen father and I just recently applied and got my daughter her CRBA in the Philippines last September.

I am now in the NVC process of my wife's IR-1 visa and wondering if the CRBA could be considered evidence of strong ties to my wife on her interview? Also you think emails sent between each other would help as well? Thanks as always!

Hello everyone! Hope someone can offer some assistance on this topic. We are waiting on our K1 visa because it s the fastest way for us to finally be together. We ve known each other since December of 2016 and have been engaged since December of 2017. My divorce finalized last month and I filed the petition.

Now for my question. As everyone knows, we must legally marry in the USA. My fianc and I are both catholic and wish to have a catholic wedding in the Philippines before she comes to the US. But we re being told that we must do a legal wedding. Does anyone know if there s a way around this? Appreciate any advice

We received the combo card last week so not really stressing about the notice below. But anything should I do? I found threads that have dealt with this situation (same office LA) but no follow up or update. No appointment notice was ever received. Last update for I485 is ready for an appointment to be scheduled (Dec 5). Anyone?
