US Immigration from Philippines

She went Wednesday and Thursday. Got there Wednesday at 7am, got done about noon. Went back on Thursday at 8am, also done about noon.

My husband and I are on NVC stage. I sent all document last month January 28th and now, I decided to expedite our case due to medical reasons. How long do they typically respond? I was told I will get a response after a week. Is it true? Thanks!

June 12, 2019 - Upgraded to CR1

Sept 2019 - RFE sent

Nov 14, 2019 - USCIS approval

Nov 27, 2019 - NVC received our case

Jan 1, 2020 - WL, paid fees

Jan 28, 2020 - AOS and IV package sent

2/7/2020 - send NVC expedite.. waiting for approval

We just sent our I-864 documents and DS-260 via CEAC last week. We paid all the fees and submitted ALL documents.

Can I still apply for expedite? Or will it be redundant?

new us citizen here. I did not re instate my Philippine citizenship yet. we'll be taking a vacation in the Philippines on the 26th this month. while we'll be there, I am planning to open a bank account.

anybody can give me insights if I can do it with my new citizenship?

My father is a greencard holder and petition his minor child (my sister) and my dad lives with me and my husband . my dad income is under poverty level and my income is also under poverty level , however my husband income is most sufficient . i am a little bit confused if i need to sign the I-864 A as well as my husband so that we can combine our income , or just have my husband which is the son in law to just be a joint sponsor? thank you
